14-Day Right of Return

You have the right to return your purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason.

Return Procedure

Notification: Please inform me of your wish to return the item via e-mail at meraky.ilu@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original labels and markings intact.
Return Address: Please send the return in its original packaging to the following address in Riga (please contact me via e-mail before shipping to confirm the best courier method):

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., a defective or incorrect product).

Refunds

Once I have received and inspected the returned item, I will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact me immediately at meraky.ilu@gmail.com. In such cases, I will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
