Meraky ILU currently offers a small online shop with selected products and gift cards. Shipping options and payment methods may expand in the future.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, according to EU consumer protection laws.
 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All original labels and seals must be intact

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• the wrong item was sent
• the product arrived damaged
• the product is defective

The return address in Riga will be provided by e-mail after return confirmation.

 

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are usually completed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
